What You Need To Provide
All Trade Visitor applicants must submit a valid business licence as part of their registration.
The document must:
- Clearly display the registered business name
- Include the business licence number and issuing authority
- Be current and valid at the time of application
- Be complete, legible and unaltered
- Demonstrate that the business operates within a relevant fragrance, beauty, luxury retail or associated trade sector
The business activity listed on the licence must support the applicant's professional connection to the industry.
How To Apply
1. Submit Your Application
Complete the Trade Visitor application form, select your preferred 2-Day or 3-Day badge and upload your business licence.
2. Application Review
Out team will review your application against the Trade Visitor eligibility criteria.
3. Approval & Payment
If your application is approved, you will receive an email with a secure payment link.
Payment is only requested after approval. Your registration is confirmed once payment has been completed.
If Your Application Is Not Approved
Applicants who do not meet the Trade Visitor eligibility criteria will be invited to register for a Consumer badge instead.
Consumer registration is subject to a separate registration and payment process.
