What We Look For
Authorship: A perfumer, an in-house nose, or the founder.
Point of view: A reason to exist beyond a price point. The story behind the brand and how the collection comes together.
Communication: A distinct voice with credible positioning in the olfactory space.
Presentation: Look and feel, online presence, physical presence (exhibition history or brick and mortar) and packaging.
Distribution: Selective retail, own stores, or direct. The same level of selectivity in every market where the brand is sold.
Discovery Brands
Brands at the start of their journey will be considered for our Discovery section.

Every brand at the show is reviewed, so all brands that intend to be present must be listed on the booking form. If additional brands are added at a later stage, they will also undergo the review process before approval.

- Mass market products
- Licensed celebrity fragrance
- Clones, dupes, and unoriginal ideas
- Rebottled catalogue products

Bookings are reviewed by the Notes Dubai selection panel. You will hear from us within three working days. Space is confirmed only once we countersign.
Every brand is reviewed annually regardless of prior participation.
